Benefits for your Health
Medical Insurance: We pay 100% of insurance premiums for single coverage through BlueCross BlueShield MN, which adds up to several dollars an hour that stay in your pocket rather than being deducted from your paycheck. This is a rare benefit you won’t find many places!
Dental Insurance: We pay 50% of the premium cost for dental insurance for both you and your family through Unum.
Vision Insurance: Supplemental group vision insurance is available through Unum to cover eye exams, glasses, and contacts.

Paid Time Off: Everyone deserves time away from work! Whether it’s to enjoy vacations or recover from being ill, we provide 3 weeks of PTO annually in addition to 8 paid holidays.
Dependent Care FSA Contribution: In order to help offset some of the expenses for employees to secure childcare, we make a $500 annual, tax-free contribution into a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA), which can be used to reimburse eligible childcare expenses.
Short-Term Disability Insurance: Because we want to help protect our employees from life’s unexpected challenges, we pay the full cost of STD insurance for all full-time employees.

Tuition Reimbursement: We want to help our employees grow in their careers, which is why we offer tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per year for applicable undergraduate courses, and $6,000 per year for applicable graduate courses.
Student Loan Allowance: We recognize the value of furthering your education, but also understand that pursuing education can be accompanied by significant debt in the form of student loans. We pay $500 (tax free!) toward your student loan(s) every 6 months that you are employed with us.

Retirement Savings: With an eye toward your future, we provide an escalating retirement savings bonus after 1 year of employment, up to 5% of your base wage after 5 years of employment. You get to choose how to invest it, and no employee match is required!
Senior Medicare Insurance Supplement: At Opportunity Services, we firmly believe that individuals who are eligible and choose to receive Social Security and Medicare benefits can still make meaningful contributions to the workforce, and invite them to be a part of our team! In order to help offset the cost of Medicare premiums, we provide a supplement of $165 per month to staff who are enrolled in Medicare.
