Meet the Supported Employment Team

Ezekiel Mose: Ezekiel is our Manager of Supported Employment in the Minneapolis metro area. He has been with OS for over 10 years and he started out as a Direct Care Staff/Job Coach at our Woodbury site. Ezekiel was, later, promoted to a Site Supervisor Position for our Savage location where he worked for 3 years before earning a promotion to our corporate office in Minneapolis as Manager of Training, agency wide, and Supported Employment Services in the metro area. “I relish the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives, it is what makes life worth living.” Ezekiel can be reached at

Betty Lamecker: Betty is our Supervisor of Supported Employment in Rochester, Minnesota. Betty and her husband adopted 3 children with special needs and she began to wonder what options they would have as adults. That question brought her to OS and she’s never looked back! Having worked with OS for over 10 years, Betty joined the Rochester team 3 years ago when we began to offer Supported Employment Services in Olmsted County. “Opportunity Services is the perfect place for me because I have the opportunity to assist clients during their employment journey. Jodi Steinhofer: Jodi is the Supervisor of Supported Employment in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Jodi was born and raised in St. Cloud. She is a mom of two teenagers, 2 cats and a dog. She graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Human Services.  She has always been motivated to help others succeed and try to find the positive in any situation. “Working at OS has given me the opportunity to watch individuals really grow and find their strengths as well as become part of the community. Dawn Johnson: Dawn is the Project SEARCH Supervisor in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a Bachelors of Science in Family and Human Development with a minor in Social Welfare and has been with OS since September 2015. “I have always had a passion for helping people and Opportunity Services’ mission, vision, and values aligned with what I want out of my career. I love working at OS because I have the unique opportunity to watch individuals complete their last year of High School and then help them as they navigate the working world.
