Joseph Charlesworth: Joseph (or Joe) is our Manager of Supported Employment in the Minneapolis metro area. He is going on 6 years with Opportunity Services, and started down South East Minnesota as a direct care/job coach for both the Rochester and Kasson sites. He later was promoted to supervisor for the Community Work Program before moving up to Minneapolis in 2018 to join the Supported Employment team. A year later, in the Summer of 2019, Joe received a promotion to Manager of the Minneapolis Supported Employment department. “I never get tired of working with our clients and helping them reach their potential. Betty Lamecker: Betty is our Supervisor of Supported Employment in Rochester, Minnesota. Betty and her husband adopted 3 children with special needs and she began to wonder what options they would have as adults. That question brought her to OS and she’s never looked back! Having worked with OS for over 10 years, Betty joined the Rochester team 3 years ago when we began to offer Supported Employment Services in Olmsted County. “Opportunity Services is the perfect place for me because I have the opportunity to assist clients during their employment journey. Jodi Steinhofer: Jodi is the Supervisor of Supported Employment in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Jodi was born and raised in St. Cloud. She is a mom of two teenagers, 2 cats and a dog. She graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Human Services.  She has always been motivated to help others succeed and try to find the positive in any situation. “Working at OS has given me the opportunity to watch individuals really grow and find their strengths as well as become part of the community.
